19. What is the cancellation policy for an Orange River Rafting trip with Adventure Rafting (Rafting South Africa)?

If you cannot make a trip you have booked for, it can be postponed for up to 12 months by arrangement. There is a no refund policy in place, unless Adventure Rafting (Rafting South Africa) is unable to undertake the trip due to flooding, weather related issues, or for safety reasons due to the flow.
